Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.
Indicator Access: Refunds are not available once access to the BT-LEVELS indicator or course has been provided.
Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
BT-LEVELS Downtime: If a technical issue on our end prevents access to the BT-LEVELS indicator, eligible downtime may be compensated by extending the subscription period. No cash refunds will be provided for downtime.
Third-Party Issues: Issues caused by TradingView, internet providers, exchanges, market-data services, or other third parties do not qualify for refunds or subscription extensions.
User-Side Issues: Problems related to the user's device, browser, internet connection, TradingView account, or chart setup are not eligible for refunds or extensions.
Planned Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance, updates, and upgrades generally do not qualify for refunds or subscription extensions.
Market Holidays: Weekends, market holidays, exchange closures, and trading halts do not qualify for refunds or subscription extensions.
Trading Results: BT-LEVELS does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or specific trading results. Trading losses or dissatisfaction with results are not eligible for refunds.
